Appointments
We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call our office as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Advanced Dental Concepts of Winfield does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, as a courtesy to our patients, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash and credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. We invest in advanced dental technology, such as digital radiography, intraoral imaging, laser dentistry and CAD-CAM restorations, so that we may better serve you. It is one of our top priorities to protect your well-being. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome you as if you are family.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
